Repattern

 A 3-Session Nervous System Series

A gentle reset for the patterns that keep you stuck. 

There are moments when you can feel that something is running your life but it isn’t quite you.

 

You catch yourself saying yes when you mean no.
You hold your breath before speaking.
You freeze when you want to move, or move when you want to rest.
You can sense that your body is caught in an old loop of protection; appeasing, over-functioning, or shutting down and no amount of insight seems to shift it.

 

You’ve done the therapy, the mindset work, the energy clearing, the journaling.
You might understand why you do what you do.
But the patterns still live in your body.

 

And what you long for is simple:
To feel calm in your own skin.
To trust your instincts again.
To experience safety; not as a concept, but as a sensation that you can return to anytime.

This is where Repattern comes in.

A short-term, highly personalized 3-session series designed to help you understand and gently shift the nervous system patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or shutdown.

 

Repattern is rooted in the Autonomic Mandala; a holistic, body-based map of your nervous system that helps you see how your body has learned to adapt to stress, trauma, and chronic overwhelm and how it’s ready to do something new.

 

This work isn’t about pushing, fixing, or forcing change.
It’s about learning your body’s language of protection and partnering with it so you can begin again from a deeper truth.

What its like to work together

We begin with curiosity and care.
You don’t need to know your “pattern” ahead of time. You just need a willingness to slow down and listen.

Session 1: We map your current nervous system landscape; your dominant patterns, triggers, and protective responses so we can understand what your body is trying to communicate.

Sessions 2 and 3: We explore your personalized healing pathway, using somatic tools, gentle guided awareness, and body-based practices to help you begin shifting long-held stress responses.

You’ll also receive:

  • A welcome guide with suggestions to prepare for your sessions

  • Personalized reflections and body-based tools to use between sessions

  • A post-series integration email with a grounding practice & next steps

Each session is 60 minutes and held via Zoom or in person, if you are local. We move slowly, with attunement and care. No pressure, no performance.

The Four Healing Pathways

Each Repattern journey follows one of four personalized tracks, chosen after your initial assessment:

Appease Pathway – for those who tend to manage or appease others at their own expense

Focus: Reclaiming boundaries, building capacity to stay present with conflict, restoring inner safety

Flight Pathway – for those caught in loops of worry, urgency, or a sense they can’t stop

Focus: Slowing the spin, creating a sense of grounded safety, connecting with inner rhythm

Fight Pathway – for those who feel on edge, agitated, or frustrated but unsure where to direct that energy

 Focus: Soothing hypervigilance, regulating through sensation, restoring right-sized empowerment

Freeze Pathway – for those who feel immobilized, exhausted, or disconnected

Focus: Gentle activation, somatic reawakening, moving from numbness to nourishment

Why I created Repattern

After 25 years immersed in the world of the nervous system, I sometimes forget that not everyone speaks this language yet. For many of us, the nervous system is still an invisible force, shaping our reactions, our health, and our relationships without us even realizing it.

 

Repattern was born from the need for an accessible, gentle entry point. Most of the women I work with have already tried everything; therapy, self-help, even somatic tools.But lasting change has remained elusive. I didn’t want to ask them to cannonball into a six-month commitment without offering a way to first wade in and feel the water.

 

This work is especially needed now. So many of our patterns—like freezing, appeasing, or over-functioning—aren’t personal failures. They’re survival strategies, shaped by nervous system imprints and reinforced by a culture that rewards disconnection.

 

But here’s what I want every woman to know: when you bring all three of your systems online—grounding, movement, and connection—and you learn to truly feel your body’s cues and shift in and out of stress with awareness, you unlock a powerful inner wisdom.

 

Repattern is the beginning of that shift. It’s a reclaiming. A remembering. A different way forward.

About Me

For over two decades, I’ve helped women heal from burnout, disconnection, and the quiet ache of living out of alignment with their bodies.
 

As a licensed Massage and CranioSacral Therapist with advanced training in somatic and energy-based modalities, my work bridges body, mind, and spirit—rooted in nature and informed by 25 years on the path of Earth-Based spirituality.

 

I’ve seen again and again that true healing happens when we slow down, listen deeply, and honor what the body has been holding.
