Maybe you’ve spent years managing anxiety, chronic fatigue, digestive issues (like IBS or bloating), headaches or migraines, hormone imbalances, or other unexplained symptoms while still trying to be everything to everyone.
If any of this feels familiar, I want you to know that nothing is wrong with you.
Your body learned very early that staying safe and connected in relationships sometimes meant accommodating, appeasing, or putting others first.
Over time, those survival strategies became patterns in your nervous system.

Why You Feel This Way
Your nervous system is wired for protection. When something feels threatening, your body mobilizes energy to respond. In a healthy system, that energy moves through and resolves once the moment has passed.
When stress is overwhelming—too much, too fast, or too little for too long—that energy doesn’t complete its cycle. It gets held in the body as stored survival energy. It gets held in the body as stored survival energy.
It lingers in your tissues. Over time, this stored energy begins to shape how you live.
It can look like overgiving, appeasing, self-abandonment, or emotional shutdown.
And when something in the present echoes the past, your body doesn’t respond to what is happening now. It responds to what never got resolved.
This is why you may feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected even after years of trying to heal.
Your nervous system is intimately linked to your immune system, digestion, hormones, and brain pathways. When this energy doesn’t clear, these systems can become overwhelmed.
Chronic symptoms are not random.
They are the body’s attempt to manage years of appeasing, self-suppression, and nervous system overload.
Lasting change only happens when we work with the nervous system — not against it.
Many of the women who find me are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply committed to healing.
They’ve tried therapy, meditation, somatic practices, nervous system tools, and countless books hoping to override the patterns that keep them stuck.
Understanding your patterns is not the same as rewiring the nervous system that created them.
Lasting change happens when we work with the nervous system, not against it.
We can’t push through discomfort. That just reinforces the pattern. But you can learn to befriend the charge and listen to how your body wants to respond.
To recognize what’s true for you in the moment and trust yourself enough to follow it. Cultivating safety in your body is how we encourage these protective patterns to shift.

we work with the body’s natural intelligence… gently releasing stored survival energy and rebuilding a sense of internal safety.
Rooted & Resourced is designed to help you break free from patterns of appeasement and self-abandonment, so you can return to your body.
Through a blend of somatic sessions, personalized rituals, and ongoing support, you will begin to unwind longheld protective patterns and shift the way your body responds to stress, relationships, and your own inner experience.

My role is to listen deeply and support you as you learn to do that, building awareness and increasing your capacity to be in relationship with all the parts of yourself.
Just as animals reveal themselves when we sit quietly in nature, our inner world begins to unfold when it is met with stillness, curiosity, and care.
When your body is given the rare gifts of space, time, and attention, it begins to settle, reveal what matters, and release what it has been carrying for far too long.

Hi, I’m Tosca.
I help women who have spent years appeasing others and overriding their own bodies learn how to regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and live from a place of truth instead of survival.
This work is deeply personal to me. My own healing journey has taught me that symptoms don’t just resolve through effort or understanding. They shift when the body finally feels safe enough to let go. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body… to manage symptoms instead of truly healing… and to slowly realize how much of your life has been shaped by accommodating others at your own expense.
I’ve spent the past two decades as a licensed Massage and CranioSacral Therapist, specializing in nervous system healing for women navigating anxiety, chronic symptoms, and relational trauma.
Through advanced training in Energy Healing, SomatoEmotional Release, Inner Relationship Focusing, and Autonomic Theory, I’ve developed a way of working that goes beyond insight—into the body, where these patterns actually live.
For over 25 years, I’ve also walked a path of Earth-Based spirituality immersed in ritual, nature, and the deeper cycles that shape how we heal and come back into relationship with ourselves.

Rooted & Resourced is designed as an ongoing, relational container of support.
Healing at the nervous system level doesn’t follow a fixed timeline.
It unfolds through consistency, presence, and the gradual building of safety within the body.
Rather than working within a set number of months, we work together at a pace that supports your system, most often weekly or every other week over time.
There are two ways to receive support:
Steady Support
Two sessions per month (every other week)
$300 / month
Includes gentle email or text support between sessions
Deep Immersion
Four sessions per month (weekly)
$550 / month
Includes personalized integration practices and rituals to support your process between sessions
Some women stay for a few months. Others choose to be supported over a longer season of their lives. We listen for what your body needs, rather than forcing a timeline—while staying rooted in the consistency that allows real change to happen.
