I want you to know that there is a way out. It begins with understanding the language of your nervous system.  Your reactions, responses, feelings, stuckness, and patterns aren’t signs of something wrong with you—they're signals that everything is working as it should.

Why You Feel This Way 

 

Your nervous system shapes everything you experience—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It regulates your immune system, digestion, hormones, and brain pathways, influencing whether you feel calm and present or anxious and disconnected. Over time, your life experiences create patterns in your nervous system, shaping the way you respond to the world.

 

Because the nervous system is wired for protection, it reacts to stress by flooding your body with charged energy. In a healthy system, this energy is released once the threat passes. But when stress is overwhelming—too much, too fast, or too little for too long—your body holds onto that energy, keeping you stuck in cycles of overgiving, self-abandonment, or emotional shutdown.

This stored energy doesn’t just disappear—it lingers in your tissues, influencing your thoughts, behaviors, and reactions. When present-day situations trigger unresolved stress, your nervous system responds as if the past is happening all over again. This is why you may feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected, even when you’ve tried everything to heal.

Imagine being able to feel like you are enough,  to love yourself unconditionally, and have such a strong sense of your inner truth that you listen to it and follow as it guides you on your life path.

You’ve probably tried countless ways to find relief—yoga, meditation, therapy, psychedelics, energy work, vagus nerve hacks, or self-help books. Maybe you’ve used  distractions like alcohol, shopping, binge-watching, or sheer willpower, hoping to override the patterns that keep you stuck. These tools can be valuable, but they only manage symptoms, not the root cause: blocked energy trapped in the nervous system. I’d never ask you to abandon them, but let’s learn when and how to use them best for you. Lasting change happens when we work with the nervous system—not against it.

 

This isn’t about silencing parts of yourself or pushing through discomfort.

 

It’s about understanding the protective patterns you’ve carried for so long — and gently showing them that it’s safe to let go.

Rooted & Resourced is a 6-month somatic coaching journey designed to help you break free from patterns of appeasement and self-abandonment, so you can step into your authentic power.

Through a blend of mindbody sessions, personalized rituals, and continuous support, you will release old trauma, set clear boundaries, and reconnect with your authentic self. Healing trauma and reorganizing energy is difficult to do alone—we often struggle to handle intense triggers and interrupt the cycles of fight, flight, and freeze. My role is to listen deeply and support you as you learn to do the same, building awareness and increasing your capacity to be in relationship with all the parts of yourself. Just as animals reveal themselves when we sit quietly in nature, our inner life begins to unfold when we meet it with stillness, curiosity, and care. When we offer our bodies the rare gifts of space, time, and attention, they settle, reveal what matters, and release stored energy. I’ve created a supportive process so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

What to Expect:

Imagine a soft place to land, with a warm cup of tea in your hand and a homemade shawl draped over your shoulders.  You’ll have a seat by the fire and a kind heart to listen to you without judgment.  If you come to me in the darkness, we will find the light together.  We’ll sit by the fire until you feel safe enough to embark on the journey, moving only as fast as your slowest part. 

 

I like to say, “I have a map and can help you orient to where you are. If you tell me where you want to go, I’ll help you to use your inner compass to find your way. And I’ll be walking right beside you in case you ever feel lost”.

I’ve spent two decades as a licensed Massage and CranioSacral Therapist, specializing in nervous system healing for women navigating anxiety, chronic symptoms, and relational trauma. With advanced training in Energy Healing, SomatoEmotional Release, and Autonomic Theory, I bring deep listening and a holistic approach to healing. For 25 years, I’ve walked the path of Earth-Based spirituality, trained as a priestess, and explored feminine psychology in sacred circles. Having experienced burnout and disconnection myself, I understand the power of a regulated nervous system and the healing potential of nature and ritual. 

 

Through years of working with women who felt trapped in cycles of overgiving, self-doubt, and exhaustion, I’ve seen the power of combining nervous system healing, energy work, and sacred practice to create lasting transformation—Rooted & Resourced brings all of these elements together.
